Craving a lasagna but don't have access to an oven? This soup'll do ya! This recipe can be cooked in a crock pot/slow cooker instead of an Instant Pot if you cook the included lentils a different way. This recipe can be made vegan if you substitute vegan cheese for cow cheese.

Why would you cook an egg in a microwave? Because children sense when you are involved in a time-sensitive task that requires your concentration and attention and seize the opportunity. But with a microwave, you're not (involved in a time-sensitive task that requires your concentration and attention) and all you sacrifice is that small bit of flavor from the Maillard reaction you're also not engaging in. Your move, children!

Why would anyone write Instant Pot instructions for a frozen skillet meal? Small children taking every opportunity to try to destroy the house while you are slaving over a hot stove you cannot step away from, that's why!

I have not tested this recipe with any other frozen skillet meal but the one listed in the title, yet I highly suspect that it will work identically. If you try it, drop me a line and let me know whether my suspicions are accurate.

First, let me say that this recipe is not a quick way to put dinner on the table, but in terms of actual time you have to do any actual thing, it will only involve your human labor for about 15 minutes. Meets my patient-yet-lazy standards!
