[Blender] Bananamento (aka Banana Milk)

The Offspring has been extremely obsessed with the song "Bananamento" from the BBC show Bing.

So, naturally, we had to make it. Here is a bananamento that is The Offspring approved.

Table of Contents

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 splash vanilla extract (approx. 1 tsp)

Materials

  • blender with blender jar
  • optional 1 cup measuring cup
  • 1 tsp measuring spoon

Method

  1. Measure out the milk (1 cup) into the blender jar, using the markings provided on the blender jar. Hey, one less thing to wash is one less thing to wash.
  2. Add the banana (1), breaking it into chunks. For us it is approximately three chunks or sometimes four, depending on how generous I feel.
  3. Add the sugar (2 tsp) and the vanilla extract (1 splash).
  4. Blend, starting on low to process the banana, and ramping up to high for a creamy smooth finish.
  5. Serve.
